Balmer & Co Estate Agents are looking to hire. Having just secured a third local area office, we are looking to speak to experienced Branch Managers and Sales Consultants interested in joining our fantastic residential sales team based in Tyldesley, Greater Manchester.

We are looking for professional and driven people who will thrive working in a fast paced environment and are passionate in delivering excellent customer service.

As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and bringing new instructions to the market. You will undertake all valuations and will need to manage the office to ensure the very best customer service is provided to our clients.

As a Sales Consultant you will work closely with the Branch Manager to provide the day to day running of the business including booking in viewings/appointments, accompanying viewings where necessary, providing feedback to clients, taking offers, and generating new valuation leads.

Previous Sales experience advantageous but not necessary, must be motivated with a desire to succeed and be passionate in delivering the very best customer service. You will be capable of providing professionalism, care and the correct advice to clients at all times.

Must hold a UK Driving licence & own car.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
