Superior Healthcare are seeking a Booking Coordinator to join our expanding agency team and to help support our clients across Kent.

**Company Overview**

Superior Healthcare is a leading recruiter of carers and nurses, providing dedicated staff to support Kent-based nursing and residential homes, private hospitals, schools and supported living.

**The Role**

Your focus will be ensuring the service operates effectively on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with our field care team and clients to ensure they receive the best support available.

You will work towards growing the agency hours through building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring you meet their requirements.

**Duties Include -**
- Ensuring calls are answered professionally and in a timely manner
- Offering a high level of customer service and support to our field care team
- Providing a responsive, effective outcome in recommendations
- Filling shift requirements for all clients within a timely manner
- Proactively obtaining our field care team’s availability
- Organising relevant training and CPD events
- Effective communication ensuring a high service is maintained at all times
- Account management of new and existing clients

**Hours**

Monday to Friday
9am - 5pm

**What do we need from you?**
- You must be energetic, self-motivated and confident
- You will have an excellent telephone manner, be a proficient user of IT systems and an efficient administrator who is highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload
- Have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both our clients and Superior Healthcare team members
- Previous experience of working in coordination, customer service/call centre role would be preferred but is not essential, as we provide induction training for all our staff
- You must be calm in pressured situations with a common-sense approach
