**Purpose of Post**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- To liaise and develop links with employers to secure placements for individuals that are seeking an apprenticeship.
- Advising employers to match their vacancies to the most suitable qualification.
- Obtain vacancy details and support the Marketing Team with the advertising of vacancies.
- Conduct screenings, offering CV and interview advice and providing details of the apprenticeship process.
- Maintain up-to-date records of vacancies on the Digital Apprenticeship Service and our CRM system.
- Liaise with employers to obtain and maintain all required documents and details.
- Support employers with funding reservations, and access to any relevant grants.
- Identify new business opportunities through a variety of means.
- Schedule Employer Review Meetings for the Sales Director to attend with clients quarterly.
- To liaise and develop links with schools, colleges, referral agencies and other key stakeholders and agencies to generate referrals for apprenticeships.
- To support and participate in external promotional events and careers events to promote the products and services offered by Riverside.
- To liaise with the Marketing Team over the Marketing Strategy and development of promotional activities and media.
- Fulfil duties as a Safeguarding Officer and act in line with all responsibilities and company policies.
- Promote equality of opportunity throughout the company and all its activities.
- Any other duties that may be deemed necessary to meet the requirements of the post and company.
- To participate in staff development and ensure continuous professional development in line with the post and agreement following staff appraisal according to company policy.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
