**Job Title: Salesforce Administrator**

**Salary**:£37,000-£40,000 (Depending on Experience)

**Location**: Larne, Northern Ireland

**Benefits**:25 days annual leave,

Up to 10% bonus

**Job Opportunity**:

- Salesforce Administrator for Caterpillar, working as part of the global IT team, providing business analysis on the following areas; warranty, pricing, dealer community, customer service agreements and projects.
- Act as change manager for the instance of Salesforce, and working on project delivery teams, following Agile methodology using Excel or Azure DevOps to document user stories/bugs to describe existing and new functionality.
- Be closely involved in go lives of projects involving data preparation, user set up, user documentation, hypercare support, etc.
- Maintain relationships with key business owners and end users of our Salesforce Org during normal course of work on projects and in support.
- Work closely with Salesforce Security & Governance team to harden Salesforce Org to comply with Caterpillar’s Technical Security Baseline, ensuring IT controls compliance.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Degree in an IT or Business-related discipline and/or relevant job-related experience
- Relevant work experience within IT
- Extensive Salesforce Administration experience, preferably certification
- Experience of Salesforce Lightning is desirable
- Experience of agile development projects
- Problem solving attitude
- Excellent time management skills & ability to multitask
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
