Reades is a multi-award-winning Estate & Letting Agency with branches in Hawarden, Flintshire and Tarvin, Chester, and we are now looking for a highly capable, motivated salesperson to join the existing team as Negotiator.

**Experience working in a busy sales role essential. Previous experience working in the property industry not required as full training provided.**

- Overview of duties:_
- Prepare property listings
- Handle enquiries
- Arrange appointments
- Conduct viewings
- Diary management
- Host and take part in meetings
- Make legal and financial referrals
- All administration associated with the above
- Status & Salary:_
- Full time, permanent
- £20,000 to £23,000 basic dependant on experience with on-target earnings of £26,000 to 30,000 per annum respectively, based on achievable target (UNCAPPED)

- 38 hours 45 mins per week (average based on fortnightly working pattern)
- Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:15 with 45 min lunch
- Every other Saturday (one day off in the week)

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
