You will be responsible for the management of Identity and Access Management initiatives across the business to improve efficiency, security posture and supporting our growth through improving the onboarding and offboarding experience. Working with SailPoint IdentityNow, you will produce and maintain our Identity Security strategy and create a team to provide delivery and support capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
- Development of business processes and appropriate life cycle triggers.
- Consult and support internal business partners and key stakeholders in relation to IAM.
- Creation and upkeep of governance policy, run books and technical documentation.
- Lead on the monitoring and troubleshooting of issues related to IAM services.
- Develop and implement policies and associated processes including recertification, Joiner/Mover/leaver and Segregation of duties.
- Accountable and responsible for the creation and implementation of the technology roadmap including required reporting and audits.
- Work with other IT teams to integrate IAM services with other systems including ServiceNow.

**Qualifications**
Proven experience of working with IAM technologies and collaboration projects.
- Experience in advising senior leaders as well as other stakeholders.
- In depth understanding of SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Knowledge challenges faced by businesses that are deploying IAM solutions.
- Experience of taking part in projects, business analysis, developing and implementing solutions.
- Issue identification, problem solving and analysis.
- Able to prioritise competing workload demands.
- Client focussed and able to build and maintain relationship
- Due to the global nature of the team, a degree of flexible working will be required to accommodate different time zones.
- Oncall may become part of the role but is not initially required.
