CRM Copywriter

**CRM Copywriter (Temporary until end of July 2023)**

**Location**: Milton Keynes/Hybrid/Fully Remote

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Everything you write will be action orientated, focused on customer need and marketing effectiveness, and set against a backdrop of achieving key KPIs and cost-efficiencies.
- You’ll be no stranger to a tight deadline and able to work with multiple stakeholders to turn around compelling copy that inspires action across our multiple audiences at every stage of the customer journey.
- As this is a new role, we’re looking for a proactive, confident copywriter who is experienced in crafting direct marketing messages that resonate with target audiences and who is happy to help shape this new team and its processes.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Experience of writing targeted content for multiple audiences and ability to understand the different motivations and barriers for each segment at different stages of the customer journey, adapting communications and tone of voice as needed.
- Experience of delivering personalisation and dynamic content via content blocks with message versioning and/or sequencing.
- A proactive, self-sufficient copywriter who can work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines producing copy content which requires mínimal input from senior colleagues.
- Ability to navigate a complex organisation, prioritising and delivering content with multiple stakeholders that can have different objectives.
