A Technical knowledge and understanding of the following core skill areas are required: - Sewage and waste disposal. Air Conditioning and ventilation. Boilers, steam and low-pressure hot water, gas fired. Cole water storage tanks.

Compressed air plant services and services. Domestic hot water services and water softeners Heating services. Kitchen and catering equipment. Medical piped gases and vacuum.

BMS controls. Refrigeration plant and services. Steam and condensate, plant and services. Planned Preventative Maintenance.
