We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales and Project Associate to join our dedicated and hard-working team. This position offers an ambitious and eager individual the chance to help develop a well-established and successful business; presenting the right individual a chance to support the Regional Sales and Project Manager, by growing the entire Greater London area.

We are a world leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of festive lighting products. We provide festive lighting, displays and other illuminations for city centres, retail parks, shopping centres and some of the most famous venues and attractions around the world. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of our industry. We are innovative and creative and aim to excel in delivering a high-quality service to all our customers.

As the Regional Sales and Project Associate**, **you will:

- Working for the Regional Sales and Project Manager, supporting the operation within the region as required.
- Attend prospective client meetings as required to obtain all relevant information as required.
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to order.
- Conducting site surveys to ensure all relevant information is obtained for both design and installation.
- Identify upselling opportunities with current clients.
- Create and maintain strong, professional relationships with current clients.
- Work with the design team to provide project designs for prospective clients.
- Consult with installers and be the main point of client contact throughout the installation process.
- Manage Sales Pipeline, with monthly and yearly targets being achieved.

You will be a confident, ambitious, and goal-orientated individual looking for a challenging role where we will provide plenty of opportunity for personal and professional success and development. You will be a skilled communicator with the ability to build strong and trusting working relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

You will be happy to work independently and remotely, while being self-disciplined with the ability to effectively manage your time. We understand that it is the people that create a great company and a fantastic working environment. As such, our new team member will be zealous, enthusiastic, and friendly with an over-riding sense of professionalism and responsibility.

During our busy periods from September to December, we do not allow holidays, and you may be required to work at weekends to support out clients over the festive period.

We offer;
- £30,000 basic salary + commission
- You will also receive a company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
