We are looking for Senior Business Consultants to join our Aerospace, Defence and Security (ADS) Consulting team

As a Senior Business Consultant, you’ll be focused on helping clients exploit and maximise the value of technology within their business. Your focus will be to manage and to work within teams delivering alongside our clients, although you will also be requiredto support business and practice development.

The ADS Consulting practice is growing significantly and at pace this year. The team provides Business & Transformation Consulting Services, in addition to Data Driven Transformation and Technology Consulting services directly to ADS clients and in supportof wider Sopra Steria business. We have an excellent track record in helping our clients exploit technology, and we are excited by the possibilities to develop this further. As a result, we wish to widen the scope and extend the capability of our BusinessChange and Transformation consulting services.

**What will you be doing**:

- Collect and analyse information about a client’s operations (as-is) to improve (to-be) its systems, organization, information and processes
- Researching business processes, identifying current problems/blockers
- Suggesting solutions
- Writing reports with recommendations to improve a client’s use of systems, organisation, information and processes
- Analysing the potential impact of your recommendations
- Providing business analysis knowledge and expertise in consulting assignments bridging the divide between the technical and business
- Identifying, nurturing and developing client relationships around your assignment and proactively look to support the identification and development of follow-on work with clients

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience of Business Analysis and/or Process Modelling
- Good client facing consulting experience in a recognised consulting business
- Good project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A real team player with a collaborative working style
- Attention to quality and detail
- Ability to communicate clearly to credibly influence stakeholders
- Change management skills
- Good data gathering and analytical skills
- An innovative and fresh thinker
- A hunger and passion to learn
- Degree level education or equivalent, typically in Business, Information Technology or Engineering (includes appropriate apprenticeships)
- Experience of ADS and/or Government sectors

Location**:UK Flexible. Travel will be required - The majority of our clients are currently South/South West based, however as we are a growing business the location distribution may change.**
