- QTS achieved or expected to be achieved prior to September in Secondary Teaching
- Clear understanding in principals of effective teaching
- Ability to engage, motivate and progress pupils at all levels
- Understanding of BTEC, GCSE and A-Level teaching
- Desire to be a full-time class teacher at KS4 and 5 Level
- Desire to improve teaching through continual professional development
