**Compliance Officer duties and responsibilities include**:

- Ensure quality assurance compliance procedures are completed, systems are kept up to date and regularly reviewed
- Provide assistance in arranging training courses and measuring performance
- Maintaining files and databases
- Supporting in the recruitment and compliance of staff for education and healthcare roles
- Support with re validation targets
- Ensuring internal quality, best practice and internal policies and procedures are followed
- Supporting with the completion of audits across all services provided
- Has an understanding of the recruitment process
- Enjoys working within a fast-paced team
- Ability to work to targets and strong communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Confident in using Excel, Word and Outlook
