We have a current requirement for a Site Planning Supervisor within our Engineered Solutions division whick will be based out of Glasgow. The overall purpose of the role is the development of the ES Site Support programme and the progressive inclusion of detailed work planning across the job delivery programme

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Direct and indirect supervision of the site workflow and reactive repair
- Responsible for the creation of job packs and technical data entry
- Fully engaged in the planning of work activities, minor tasks and field repairs.
- Fully manage all spare parts requirements
- Develop use of agreed planning tools and functions
- Management of Risk Assessment documentation, safety documentation and Method Statements
- Able to communicate at all levels across the company.
- Responsible for the management of the Job Trackers engaged with work activities
- Responsible for the creation of report templates and technical reports.
- Management of minor elements within job delivery work programmes
- Support of all elements relating to work quality
- Responsible for the creation of reports and maintaining the KPIs relating to the Delivery team.
- Liaises with site teams and individuals as required

To be considered for this position you will have at least 2-3 years previous experience within a Planning or project coordinator role, you will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of team.

**Salary**: £39,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
