**Senior IT Support Engineer**

**Reigate, Surrey (Hybrid Working)**

**£35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Benefits**

The successful **2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer** will be based in their office in Reigate/London, though would be expected, when required to travel to clients’ sites. Therefore, a full, clean driving licence is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing customer facing solutions via onsite visits and telephone/remote support.
- Involved in the continued documentation of the existing and new client base.
- Opportunity to head projects, including Office365 migrations, Security Audits and Application Integration.

**Key-Skills**:

- Experienced **2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer**.
- Office 365 including Azure and security experience.
- Mac OS and Hardware Experience.
- Windows Server 2012 R2 and above experience inc. Active directory and Group Policy.
- Hyper-V and Virtualisation Experience.
- Windows Desktop OS Experience.
- Solid Networking Experience (TCP/IP, Firewalls and V-Lan’s).
- On-Premise Microsoft Exchange experience.
