Credit Controller

Northumberland, United Kingdom SF Group Full time

You will be working for a leading organisation based in Bolton offering a unique opportunity to grow your career within Credit via means of effective training and study support programs. The business has big plans in place to expand the Credit Control team, resulting in senior roles becoming available within the department. As a company they have a very low staff turnover within Credit Control which considering the team of over 20, speaks volumes.

This is a full time permanent role initially being office based until you are up to speed with the systems and then you are able to work 2 days per week from home. Despite you being part of a large credit department, you will act as a standalone Credit Controller for your particular ledger. Typical duties will include but aren't limited to; review credit limits, proactively chasing overdue debts, putting accounts on stop if required, banking & bank statement management, raising sales invoices and cash allocation. The job is ideal for someone who is looking for a varied role within Credit rather than solely just chasing debt.

To be considered you must have a strong background within Credit Control and export experience / knowledge is also essential.

In return, working for a business with an amazing staff retention rate can give you confidence that this is a business that truly values its staff. You will also have the opportunity to get full study support for the CICM course, providing a perfect platform to grow your career within Credit Management. Other benefits include hybrid working, profit share bonus scheme and much more.
