We have a workforce of around 80 employees and quickly growing, based at our premises in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, UK.
Description
Hilton Coachworks are looking for someone to join their friendly Front of House team.
On a daily basis you will be dealing with customers from both sides of our business, whether they are coming in to have their car repaired to buy or to sell a classic/performance car.
Customer care is the most important part of the role, making sure the customer is looked after from the initial contact to the final handover is our priority.
Working Hours 9-3pm Monday - Saturday (with day off during the week.) 28.75 hours per week.
Responsibilities;
- Meet and greet customers in the showroom
- Booking in customer vehicles for estimates and repairs
- Dealing with new repair notifications
- Updating customers on a regularly basis
- Dealing with different hire companies
- Managing and maintaining our own courtesy vehicles
- Liaising with salvage agents
- Carrying out a final handover with the customer once repairs are complete
- Assisting with the maintenance of the showroom
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 28.75 per week
