Hales Group are delighted to be working with a well-established company who provide comprehensive operational experience of the seas around UK coastline, they supply highly trained crews to provide offshore infrastructure support. You will be reporting tothe Group Commercial Director but interfacing to other departments in the formation of tender development.

**Key responsibilities**

Tender Preparation & Market Analysis
- Creating Tenders to provide a leading level of response to all RFI, RFQ & ITT processes in Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas
- Production, maintenance, and analysis of commercial documentation for support of tenders
- Oversee compilation, document control and delivery of tender packs to deadlines
- Input into innovative tendering methods to be on the forefront of commercial marketing
- ITT Clarification management
- Log debrief of tenders into performance improvement plans
- Responding to tenders and undertaking market analysis across Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas
- Market analysis & Mapping across the ERRV & SOV Space
- Work closely with the senior Management team on a routine basis to provide innovative and detailed solutions to clients
- Keep abreast of industry news and macro economic factors such as licensing regimes and client FID's.

Client Management
- Working with the commercial / BD team to provide great client intimacy provide leading levels of support to clients
- Leading and preparing client QPR / CPR's / monthly meetings
- Full CRM logging across all markets, opportunity tracking to client

**Skills and experience**
- Tender Preparation Experience
- Presentation Experience
- Market Analysis Experience is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of the Offshore vessel space would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to work well to deadlines
- Caring with good attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality
- People person with the ability to work well as a team and develop new relationships
- Customer focused
- Skilled in document and media preparation (MS Suite + other multi media platforms essential)
