**Credit controller required to work in our Ormskirk office.**
**16 to 18 flexible hours per week depending on work load.**

**Duties**:

- Contact customers via phone to collect outstanding payments
- Process customer card transactions online
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment queries
- Send out copy invoices and reminder notices to customers

**Experience**:

- Experience using Microsoft Teams and Outlook advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Experience in telemarketing or phone-based customer service preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards
