General Farm Worker - Wildflower Harvest / Growing Team
**Job Description**:
A number of exciting opportunities have become available at a well-established, successful and respected family-owned farming business with sites across the UK. We are the largest grower and distributor of turf in the UK and also run a successful arable enterprise as well as growing sedum and wildflower mat products. Turf is grown at the two farms located in and around Norfolk and Lancashire and our arable enterprise is based at the Norfolk farm. We run a large fleet of machinery including specialist turf, potato and other agricultural machinery.

All opportunities are at our Feltwell (Norfolk) farm and comprises 1,445 ha in total of arable and turf grown on prime soils around Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.

We are looking for a punctual, reliable and hard-working individuals who wish to pursue a career in the farming and agricultural industry. All applicants are expected to be motivated and conscientious team players prepared to help with all field operations.

**General Farm Workers to be based primarily within out mat products team**
- Tractor driving skills
- Some experience of machinery maintenance
- Ability to operate a forklift desirable
- Prior agricultural experience preferable but not essential
- A reasonable level of numeracy for record-keeping
- A willingness to learn the skills to harvest and grow our specialist products to a high standard
- A love of working outdoors as this role involves a significant proportion of manual labour
- An eye for detail as precision is an essential part of this job

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
