Weighbridge Operator

- Operate the weighbridge system to accurately record the weight of incoming and outgoing waste vehicles
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal staff
- Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing waste transactions
- Ensure paperwork meets the load requirements and paperwork is correctly completed
- Liaising with customers for the booking of inbound and outbound loads
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Proven experience as a weighbridge operator or in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills and ability to learn new operating systems (full training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of waste management practices is a plus

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
