**Daytime Healthcare is an Agency specialising in the recruitment of Healthcare professionals to supply to Healthcare organisations across the UK. We seek a Payroll administrator to join our established Payroll team to facilitate the payment of hundredsof workers weekly.**

**PURPOSE OF JOB**

Process workers payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Create and maintain workers payroll record and overseeing the process of facilitating the weekly payment of numerous workers and client invoicing by keeping accurate records of timesheets receivedfrom workers and entering this information onto the system. Any discrepancies or queries by worker or client would need to be addressed effectively and rectified.

- Manage the payment of workers by ensuring payroll is well attended to and errors are eliminated, when errors are made these are addressed immediately.
- Maintaining compliant policies and procedures
- Be the first port of call for clients when addressing invoicing issues.
- Liaise with accounts and credit control to ensure prompt and accurate payment of client invoices
- Gather the relevant information needed to compile management information reports for Framework bodies and compile accordingly.
