My client with offices in Keynsham are looking for a receptionist to join their team. This role is permanent and full time.
**Must haves**:

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Confident and diplomatic
- Positive "Can Do" attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong personal skills
- Good IT skills
- Proactive
- Good administrative and organisation skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the opening and securing of the building as required.
- Interface with tenants and develop a close working relationship with them in order to establish their needs and requirements in an efficient and professional manner.
- Greet, assist and direct tenants and their visitors where necessary.
- Ensure reception and other communal areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Process inbound and outbound post, liaising with tenants as required.
- Log and resolve tenant issues, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout.
- Assist the Building Manager in overseeing tenant move-ins, changes, modifications to fit-out and furniture requirements ensuring that any costs are recharged accordingly.
- Ensure that office management, communication and administrative procedures are maintained, adequate records are kept and management reports are sent to the managing agent accordingly.
