Hlta - Nuneaton

HLTAs required in Nuneaton - Part time and Full time - Long term and Day-Day available.
**Your new company**
You will be working with Hays Education as a higher-level Teaching Assistant, alongside the support of a dedicated consultant who will support you throughout your Hays journey with us. We work exclusively with many primary schools across Coventry and Warwickshireand are currently recruiting for HLTAs in Nuneaton.
**Your new role**
As a HLTA you will be working within a classroom supporting the classroom Teacher mostly but will also be required to cover lessons and plan lessons occasionally. So, you will be working under the guidance of the Teacher who will give you clear and definedresponsibilities to be completed on the day. You will be helping reduce teacher workload on occasions and be happy to do so. You will be managing behaviour within the classroom environment and ensure all children are following behavioural policy.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be a successful HLTA you will need to have completed extra and advanced training as a Teaching Assistant within schools. You must have a great knowledge of the primary curriculum and be confident in assisting teachers to teach them. You will need to be level2 and level 3 qualified already.
