Payroll Administrator

We are delighted to be working with a fast-growing business based in Sheffield who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role will support the facilitation of an efficient and effective payroll service to internal and external payrolls.
Your duties will include:
- Processing of New Starter Information
- Entering P45 / new starter information
- Creation of new accounts within the payroll system
- Checking of information
- Answering calls
- Liaising with branches to obtain information
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Problem solving
- Running and checking weekly reports
- Adhering to deadlines
- Raising P45's
Skills Required:
- Payroll experience
- Calm, self-motivated and customer orientated;
- Good organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to responding to queries (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently, providing detailed
responses;
- Good attention to detail;
- Ability to work with verbal and numerical issues;
- Proactive, conscientious and has a can-do attitude;
- Be a team player and able to work independently.
