**About the role**

You will be the main focal point (internal and external) for the delivery of offshore wind consents. Your work will support clients from specific work, focussing on a key part of planning/consents through to clients who use GoBe for the full process fromland identification through to planning agreed. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including client development & engineering teams, legal advisors and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of consent related material.

You will be supported by an internal Project Director and Assist Offshore (and where relevant) Onshore Project Managers. You will be expected to advise clients on key consenting risks and work with technical teams to find solutions to effectively managethese risks.

In summary you will:

- Lead the delivery of consent related workstreams for offshore wind farm projects
- Lead stakeholder and client engagement
- Manage the delivery of EIA & HRA
- Management of internal & subcontractor teams
- Financial & programme management

**About you**

You will gain experience in all aspects of the consenting process and decision-making steps throughout the development phase therefore we are looking for someone with considerable experience in this field. You will played a major part in a project team,leading and managing teams in to complete all work required, ideally you will gained this experience within off-shore wind although we are open if you are looking to transfer your skills from onshore infrastructure projects to offshore wind.

You will have a good understanding of working within the planning process for NSIPs, ideally in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and/or the Republic of Ireland. You will also need a good technical knowledge of EIA’s and / or HRA’s. It would alsobe beneficial if you have experience of working with regulators and external stakeholders for government bodies.

You will need excellent written and oral communication, organisational and time management skills alongside a professional manner with good inter-personal skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels.
