**Purchasing Assistant**

Our client in Biggleswade are currently looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join their Purchasing Department**.**

The hours will be Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm

This is a temporary to permanent position, a permanent contract will be offered after the initial 12 successful weeks

Skills, Knowledge, Qualification and Experience
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Experience of all Microsoft programmes especially Excel would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a purchasing environment is preferred but not essential.

What the role will include:

- Monitoring and managing the Goods In / Receipting Schedule together with any associated communication and query management
- The role will include both verbal and written dialogue with both internal colleagues and suppliers.
