Enterprise Marketing Assistant

**Reporting of the role**:
This role reports to the Enterprise Marketing Manager.

**Overview of job**:
Our Enterprise team is the entrepreneurial arm of our business, driving engagement and generating incremental revenue from our different channels and brands. We work on partnerships, brand extensions, and new business ventures - all with our audiences at the front of mind.

We are looking for a creative, organised and entrepreneurial-thinking person to join the team on a full time basis. Working in this key role across all of Global’s brands, you will be tasked with assisting the Enterprise Team in growing our incremental revenue through both existing and new ventures across all of our channels.

Reporting to the Enterprise Marketing Manager, you’ll be creating marketing briefs, scheduling our radio ads, online and outdoor creative, creating incredible visual assets for our social media channels and jumping in to assist the team as and when they need it.

**Measures of success -**

**In the first few months, you would have**:

- Learnt how to create informative and impactful marketing briefs, setting out clear objectives and direction working alongside our internal creative teams.
- Designed thumb stopping online, CRM and social media creative for all the brands you are working on.
- Started to build relationships with relevant key internal partners, as well as external partners, to ensure the smooth running of Global’s Enterprise marketing activity.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Support the Enterprise Team in their day-to-day tasks.
- Collectively work on marketing campaigns from launch to completion, and ensure Post-Campaign Analysis is provided.
- Problem solve along the way ensuring we deliver the best marketing solutions.
- Writing impactful marketing briefs to ensure the whole team is working to the same objectives and ensuring consistency.
- Write, edit and/or select appropriate editorial articles and social media posts to promote Partnership activities.
- Take responsibility for our brand extension and white-label brands social media strategy and moderate to ensure appropriate use.
- Design thumb stopping social media and CRM assets and online creative.
- Working with our scheduling teams to ensure the correct marketing creative goes out on the right channels in line with our campaigns.
- Support the launch of brand-new products on a national scale across all available media channels which include radio, DAX, CRM, online, social media and OOH.
- Analyse data and trends and incorporate into the Enterprise marketing strategy.
- Research competitor activities across the different market sectors we operate in and compile reports to share with the team.
- Undertake research and provide insight to the rest of the team on trends, potential opportunities and other areas of interest.
- Assist with any customer service requests via social media.

- Great attention to detail and communication style.
- Brilliant at planning and highly organised.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, with a finger on the pulse of any viral trends and opportunities.
- Knowledge of design software including Photoshop.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to understand different audiences and their requirements.
- Analytical and good with numbers.
- Creative thinker, always willing to share ideas with the team.
- Loves working as part of a team
