Temporary Receptionist

The role - Temporary Receptionist - Weekends
Location - Falkirk
Pay Rate - £10 per hour
Hours - 8am-5pm (Saturday/Sunday)
Length of Assignment - 2 weeks
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist for our client based in Falkirk.
This is an exciting Front of House role, where you will be meeting and greeting clients within a busy car showroom.
**Job Description**:
Switchboard management
Being first point of contact for all customers entering the building
Answering screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls
You will also coordinate front-desk activities
Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries
**Requirements**:
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to manage own workload
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with both internal and external contacts
Ability to work as part of a team
Articulate and professional at all times
