**Salary**: £30,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday
- 2-week Training Shift: 09:00 - 17:30
- Post Training shift pattern: 08:00 - 17:00 & 11:00 - 19:00

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Outbound calls to webleads are generated via different channels to provide advised based Life Insurance advice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer service.
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**Knowledge**:

- Basic IT proficiency.
- Familiarity with the sales process.
- Desirable knowledge in insurance and product specifics.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (desirable).

**Essential Skills**:

- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to build effective rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in influencing and persuading to handle objectives compliantly.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed fact-finding to fully understand and meet customer needs.
- Demonstrated success in closing sales while adhering to a structured sales process.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.

**Experience**:

- Successful experience in a fast-paced, targeted, and regulated telephone sales environment.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial service sales.
- Previous sales closing experience
- Previous success in a micro-managed, structured sales environment with a high-energy atmosphere.
- Team player with the ability to achieve individual success.
- Demonstrable success in high-volume telephone sales following a structured script.
- Proven experience in consultative sales processes in a B2C telephone environment.

**The Interview Process**:

- It includes a presentation about the company, a Q&A session with a Senior Sales Leader of that site, and a chance to observe someone doing the role for 20 minutes to determine suitability.
- The assessment is concluded with a quick 1-2-1 interview.
- Business dress is expected for the assessment centre and while working in the office.

**Background Checks**:

- Minor background checks are conducted, including inquiries about criminal convictions and outstanding CCJs.
- Minor CCJs that are being paid can still be approved for employment.

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
