A successful Systematic Hedge Fund with excellent returns based in Central London is looking for a Python Quant Developer to join their Quantitative Development Team which helps researchers and portfolio managers implementing and optimising their signalsand trading algorithms.

Our client has a flat structured, transparent and collaborative environment. You will have plenty of opportunity to grow and have an important impact on the business and PnL.

Hybrid working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and optimise signals and trading algorithms for various PM Teams
- Build tools for signal generation
- Work with traders and quants to roll-out, support and run strategies
- Build and support new quantitative trading framework
- Design clean architecture and leverage state of the art tools and components
- Bring new ideas and experimenting with new technologies

**Requirements**:

- Strong programming skills with Python (including performance optimization)
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience working in a front office environment with researchers and traders
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong education background in STEM
