We have an exciting opportunity for a Room Attendant to join our growing team, in order to help provide day to day support and continually delivery fantastic guest experiences.

The Holbrook Manor Hotel & Spa is a beautiful Georgian Country House located in the Heart of Somerset, surrounded by 20 acres of grounds.

As Room Attendant, everything you do will be driven by a desire to exceed your guest's expectations. Naturally, you will be passionate, friendly, organised, with outstanding attention to detail. The individual must have excellent communication skills, who is keen to take on the challenge of problem solving in a busy environment.

**The Role**:

- Achieve the require standards of cleanliness presentation and care in all guest rooms and public areas
- Report any maintenance issues correctly
- Maintaining cleanliness and health & safety in the work place at all times
- Change Bed Linen & Towels, Make Beds, Vacuum Floors, Polish & Dust Furniture, Clean Bathrooms, Replace stock of guest supplies
- Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues and visitors
- Ensure that all tasks and cleaning duties are recorded on relevant checklists in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure the appropriate level of security for all guest belongings, creating a feeling of comfort and confidence

- Full driving licence is required due to the rural location of Holbrook Manor

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
