Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join our client's site based in Grangemouth. This is temporary role for 6 months and offers a competitive hourly rate as well as weekly pay and the chance to work with a global organisation.

This is fast paced role and requires someone with a working knowledge of document control. You will be an organised individual and will be confident at delivering in this role. Main tasks include:

- Controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Allocating and controlling the document numbering system for the project work
- Working with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable
- Responding in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support from project/department personnel
- Acquires sufficient knowledge and understanding of the business to implement and develop an effective document handling system in line with company policy
- Administration of PIRS document system
- Receiving all site deliveries
- Keeping the Site Manager or deputy informed of all site related activities

You will be reliable and will have the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a pressurised environment. You will be confident in your own abilities and will be comfortable communicating with people at all levels of business.

Contract Scotland acts as an employment agency for permanent work and acts as an employment business for temporary work.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
