**Your new company**
You will be joining our client based in Bristol who require an interim HRBP to cover a permanent vacant post whilst it is being recruited, this could also be a temporary to permanent opportunity, although a recruitment process will be ran separately.
**Your new role
**You will be joining a HR Business Partnering team who take the lead on delivering the HR strategy within their client groups. You will be supporting managers and team leaders, providing them with expert advice and guidance in the below areas to namea few:

- Reduce turnover in their teams through improvement of staff engagement
- Handle employee relations cases, ensuring correct processes are followed
- Manage performance, including 1-2-1's, objective setting
- Ensuring managers have the correct tools and data to effectively carry out their people management responsibilities
- Coach managers, enhancing their capability when it comes to people management
- Identify training needs/opportunities to develop staff knowledge

**What you'll need to succeed**
We are looking for a strong HR generalist who can turn their hand to most things across the HR discipline. You will be able to build rapport with stakeholders, take a coaching and supportive approach to business partnering and will be happy to get stuck into support the wider HR team when needed. You must be able to commute to Bristol for at least 3 days a week to be considered for the position.
