Junior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a junior designer with an eye for design and a basic understanding of how identities are built and stories are told through branding.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior designer looking to gain hands-on experience, learn and flourish in a collaborative working environment, and progress their career with a small but growing creative agency.
- Be passionate about design and branding.
- Have the motivation and desire to learn and master their craft.
- Have a decent level of knowledge of the Adobe Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Understand the difference between designing for print and digital requirements
- Provide a portfolio that demonstrates a growing ability to design at the highest of standards.
- Be confident of their abilities, show initiative, and voice their ideas and opinions.
- Not be afraid to ask for help.
- Show humility and appreciate constructive feedback.
- Add to the camaraderie and team spirit in the workspace.
- Be friendly, kind, and treat all people with respect.
- Have good working ethics, be timely and honest.

A Junior Designer's responsibilities include:

- Creating logo concepts and artwork.
- Designing posters, leaflets, business cards, and social media posts consistent with a brand's guidelines.
- Assisting senior designers in all aspects of their work.
- Developing ideas for branding projects under the guidance of senior designers.
