Pet Groomer

Experienced (min 2 years) Dog Groomer, Level 3 or quivalent.

Working in our in-house grooming salon at a busy Dog Daycare facilty.

Responsible for turning out high standard pet grooms.

Experience of many breeds required including Poodle mix, Double coats, wire hair and stripping.

Will be responsible for maintaining high level of customer service, meeting clients, feedback, handling of all breeds including nervous, timid, young dog.

Experience of puppy grooms essential.

We are a force free groomers and welfare of the dog is of top priority.

You will need to demonstrate:

- Experienced in working within a grooming environment, and ideally, you'll have experience in a similar environment
- Competent in completing a groom from start to finish on most breeds to a high standard.
- Qualified - a grooming related qualification would be beneficial.
- Able to demonstrate a track record of delivering high standards We need to see photos/portfolio
- A great team player who has a real passion for dogs of all ages
- Proactive in your approach.
- Flexible.
- Experienced in a customer-facing environment, and able to work with the customer to feedback advice.
- Work with Assistant groomer closely as part of a team.
- Maintain high standard of cleanliness in salon
- Maintain client records and confidentiality due to GDPR.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
