Skilled Labourer/driver

We are looking for a full-time semi skilled labourer / drive to join our team who is enthusiastic, experienced and hardworking. Your primary role would be labouring on projects and in between driving to collect materials, moving items to and from projects from our yard.

The majority of work will be on loft conversion and extension projects.

A company van provided, which would include a company debit card, the vehicle will be a Double cab Transit drop-side.

Ideally have experience in the following:

- Basic Carpentry
- Plaster-boarding / insulating
- Demolition work & structural alterations

We are looking for someone who is hardworking with a can-do attitude, punctual, well presented, with a friendly attitude, the ability to work on their own and as part of a team and is happy to muck in.

We are based in Solihull, but you will be required to work in different areas but the majority of our work falls within the Solihull area with occasional projects in Leamington Spa & Warwick.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

You will be taken on via a self-employed basis.

The hourly rate is dependent on experience.

**Salary**: £450.00-£600.00 per week
