Due to continued growth within our business our HR Department at Infinityblu Dental Care and Implant Clinic are looking to add a full time, permanent HR Assistant to our team. Being led by a positive and engaging HR Manager, you will be tasked with enhancing the employee experience through effective administration.

**As HR Assistant you will**:

- Provide general administration support to the HR Manager.
- Complete administration involved with new starters, leavers, and employee change processes.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR systems with high level of accuracy.
- Prepare new start documentation and Inductions.
- Manage our Private Healthcare platform by completing onboarding, leavers, and employee changes.
- Support Disclosure process for all our employees
- Assist with recruitment process.
- Manage holidays/sickness/absence log.
- Organising course bookings as stipulated by management.
- Keep HR systems up to date, maintain and developing these to ensure robust processes.
- Assist HR Manager on projects where appropriate.

**Skills and Qualifications required**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and numeracy skills
- Previous Administration experience & understanding of HR
- Positive can-do attitude
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
- Organised with an ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to use your own initiative.
- Proficient user of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Nat 5 English & Maths or equivalent
