**Salary band**: £25,618.11- £31,392.68
**Shift pattern**: 4 days on 4 days off Day shift
**Hours**: 7:00am - 7:00pm
**Local Train Stations within a 20 minute commute include**:
Chessington, Tolworth, Malden Manor, Motspur Park, Rains Park, Wimbledon, Earls Field and Clapham Junction.

**Accountabilities - what am I expected to do or deliver?**
We are looking for highly engaged, motivated people to join our team of filleters, where you will be given a fantastic opportunity to learn a new skill, you just need to have the right attitude, willingness to learn, a sense of humour and team working ethic is a must We have highly experienced trainers on hand, waiting for your arrival to equip and train you with everything you need
At the end of your training, you will be able and confident in your role as a filleter and accountable to:
- To fillet fish in high standard as required, maintaining consistency, quality with mínimal waste.
- Achieve the set targets of fish per hour.
- To identify classifications of fish species, freshness and quality.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy working environment.
- Communicate with team leader & line manager to raise quality issues or work-related issues.
- Cover for areas when instructed by the Area Manager.
**What experiences, knowledge and capabilities do I need to demonstrate?**
You don’t need a degree or any previous experience to fillet a fish. You will learn everything you need to know on the job. You’ll be required to be confident and motivated and as a trainee, initially you will be given on the job trainings with less challenging tasks such as making simple cuts into the fish or taking the bones out of a fish that’s already been sliced open. You’ll also learn how to use and care for the tools and equipment you’ll be using as a filleter.
**Required**:
- Experience within a FMCG environment (desirable)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Be able to meet and complete orders on time
- Have knowledge of fish species
- Have basic Food Safety
- Be willing to learn and adapt.
