Cathay Care Home is looking to appoint a Wellbeing Lead.

Our care home, based in the beautiful countryside of Moray, provides nursing and residential care for up 41 residents.
- As Wellbeing Lead, you will develop strong relationships with our residents, finding out their interests and life stories, enabling you to plan, organise, and facilitate group activities, one-to-one sessions, so that they enjoy regular and meaningful activities._

**Wellbeing Lead Contract**
- £13 per hour.
- Contracted to 30 / 35-hours per week.
- Pension.5.6 weeks annual leave.
- Uniform provided.
- PVG.
- Onsite parking.

**Duties / Responsibilities**
- _Reporting into Home Manager_
- Line manage Activities Team.
- Ensure planned activities are supported by adequate evidence base.
- Undertake activity assessments and support the wellbeing and activity team to be able to access the resources to do so.
- Liaise with community groups.
- Manage care home wellbeing and activity expenditure.
