**Working conditions** - The basic hours for the post are 37.5 hours a week.

Bristol Zoological Society is world-famous. Established in 1835, the Society is a conservation charity dedicated to _saving wildlife together_. We achieve this through conservation fieldwork, science and engaging people with the natural world.

We are undergoing a period of significant transformation including the development and delivery of a new Bristol Zoo at our Wild Place Project site. This project will be managed by a Senior Project Manager and the Project Assistant will report to that role.

The project is comprised of several elements that make up the first phase of the development of the new Bristol Zoo:

- Staff hub incl. workspaces, catering, staff facilities
- Operations hub and site-wide infrastructure
- Wild Welcome (access/parking, admissions, catering, retail)
- Conservation Campus (incorporating: Conservation Medicine Centre; Conservation Learning Centre and Conservation Breeding Centre)
- Central African Forest exhibit
- Central African Savannah exhibit

In order to deliver this project, we are seeking an individual who is motivated by, and derives satisfaction from, a highly organised work environment. You must have experience of maintaining and updating multiple types of information, ideally in a project setting, to ensure that all aspects of the project are appropriately recorded and documented.

You will be comfortable working in an environment with multiple internal stakeholders; an excellent multi-tasker, with a real commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
