**Overview**

Ergonomic Seating Solutions manufacture ergonomic seating to improve the comfort, support and wellbeing of people across the UK. We are now looking to expand our sewing department and need machinist to join our growing team.

**Job Details**

Sewing materials for upholstery (Office Chairs) with at least 2 years’ experience and knowledge of industrial sewing within a similar industrial environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce quality work
- Working with upholstery material
- Ability to follow directions and procedures
- Able to work within a team and independently when required
- Comfortable working to deadlines and able to prioritise workload

**Desirable Qualifications and Skills**:

- Commercial and/or production sewing experience with Flat Bed industrial machines
- Knowledge of safe use, maintenance and upkeep of commercial sewing machines
- Knowledge and experience in pattern layout and cutting
- Reliable transportation and punctual

**Hours**:
**Benefits**:

- 28 days holiday, increasing to 32 with length of service (Pro-rata for part-time employees)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
