This company is an independent music agency founded in 2014. They provide bespoke levels of professional service to a carefully curated roster of talent. They are looking for a reliable and diligent Junior Accountant to join their expanding team.
As their new Junior Accountant, you'll have the chance to work with a talented roster of music talent and make a real impact on the day-to-day operations of their company. With your clear communication skills and friendly telephone manner, you'll be the go-toperson for all things finance-related.
? Your day-to-day responsibilities:

- Payment Matching - Using Bankline to match incoming payments to relevant bookings
- Credit control - communicating with promoters as payments become due
- Reporting - Updating systems, Logging data and issuing payment status reports to agents
- Reconciliation of incoming payments
- Other Accounts assistance as required
? About you:

- Computer literate and good competence with excel
- Efficient Administration & Organisation
- High level interpersonal skills - Ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships
- Communication skills - Able to communicate to people with various levels of seniority face to face, over the telephone and in writing.
- They need a confident, motivated and reliable individual who will be comfortable taking the lead in client communication
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Self motivated with a professional attitude
