We are now looking to recruit an experienced senior practitioner to lead a busy playroom for the under 3 age group. You will join our friendly and dynamic team, who are energetic and enthusiastic and who display a genuine passion in their role. As we all know the life of a practitioner can be challenging but always rewarding, therefore our aim is to ensure that each team member feels supported and valued.

You will have:

- Sound knowledge of relevant documentation and curriculum
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a team player as well as using your own initiative
- Be creative, identifying opportunities for enhanced learning and development
- To mentor and lead by example
- Have a passion for outdoor play

As you will be responsible for creating stimulating learning experiences, in a nurturing and caring environment, you will possess the necessary skills and knowledge to evidence through planning, evaluation and monitoring.
