Do you pride yourself on delivering fantastic customer service? At Mercedes Benz of Beaconsfield, we are looking for a Product Genius to join the team

We are offering a £21,000 basic salary with an OTE of £27,000 plus company benefits in this full time permanent role.

**About the Role**
In this role you'll be an expert in all things Mercedes-Benz, in particular around technology, connectivity and safety and to assist customers using their wealth of product knowledge throughout several points within the customers journey.

You will conduct test drives with customers, will be responsible for ensuring customers cars are connected to ‘me-connect’ at the point of handover for Sales customers, in addition to supplying and fitting of Me-connect adaptors for service customers.

Additionally, you will provide handover support and support Sales Executives through product knowledge briefs and team activities. You will also be responsible for the Showroom display by ensuring all cars in the showroom are clean, charged and presented with the appropriate lectern beside the car, with relevant information and the presentation of the Used Car display.

**About You**
For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in a customer facing role, ideally in retail with excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. It is also beneficial if you are confident in using technology and social media.

A full UK driving licence is essential for you to be considered.
