- Promote the strategic importance of the Partner Portal (PRM), manage the content and tools available and maximise the benefit to the business
- Launch and drive adoption of new Marketing and Sales tools through the Partner Portal with local offices.
- Equip and enable sales teams with content and tools to position the partnership message to clients and prospects
- Work closely with our local countries to define priorities, value propositions and messaging but also to ensure best in class support to allow them to drive marketing activities and programs efficiently in their countries.
- Provide guidance, education, and best practice to local teams to effectively on-board new Partners.
- Research, identify and deploy the most effective marketing activities and tactics to achieve the desired strategic goal for Canon by making sure they meet Partner requirements and are Partner Inclusive.
- Responsible for developing, adapting, and deploying best in class marketing materials, including Pan-European Partner events (in-person and virtual) and regional workshops, which drive sales performance across EMEA
- Support the development of all indirect Sales channels and ensure the right communication tools, sales collateral and incentives are in place to meet sales targets.

A new opportunity has arisen at Canon EMEA, for a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist to join the Document Printing & Solutions (DP&S) Field Marketing team, and manage the marketing efforts To and Through our Partners.

In this exciting and varied role, you will:

- Define and develop a marketing plan which recognises and responds to specific Partner channel requirements, to ensure we can maximise the sale of products, solutions & services through our Partner organisations.
- Own the strategy for the European Partner Portal: development of capabilities road map, amplification of its reputation, drive adoption through enablement tactics (training, community management), manage the relationship with strategic supplier and report on its performance.
- Work with and leverage marketing materials developed by wider marketing function as part of the overarching B2B content strategy, ensuring relevancy and availability to partners of all types.

In addition to a salary of between £44,000 - £52,000 depending on experience, you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%. The Field Marketing team are based at our state-of-the-art EMEA HQ in Uxbridge which is easily reached via the Elizabeth line, with subsidised restaurant, free parking and Costa coffee on site too

**You will need**

As our Senior Partner Marketing Specialist you have:

- Experience in B2B Channel Marketing (Partner Programmes, campaigns, events and incentives) Field marketing, partner marketing or account-based marketing in technology companies is preferred
- Experience working with a Partner Portal (PRM) - Zift is preferred
- A Marketing qualification is preferred
- This role requires a creative thinker/problem solver with a strategic mindset and demonstrated experience in strategic marketing activities, but also a strong ability to execute with a focus on measurable results
- Experience working closely with sales and customer-facing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across a Pan European team
- Experience of stakeholder management in a matrix organisation is fundamental
