Personal Assistant/administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Booking travel for internal Directors
- Co-ordinating internal and external meetings
- Diary management for senior management
- Support with marketing functions
- Dealing with clients in a professional manor both over the telephone and direct
- Raise and process invoices
- Administration co-ordination
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:
- Previous PA support to Directors
- 3 years previous administration experience
- Previous experience working with clients
- Excellent communication skills
**Hours: Monday - Friday**
**Salary: £27,000 - £30,000**
**Location: Leeds City Centre**
