Job purpose

Our Activity zone Team Leaders will play an important role in delivering a safe and fun experience for all our guests.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer service and quality control are always maintained in the Activity Zone
- Guide the activity zone assistants to ensure company goals are met.
- Ensure your team comply with Fire, Health and Safety, reporting any issues to management.
- Attend any additional training as required.
- Assist with the general cleaning of the facility as required.
- Implementing ride restrictions
- Providing verbal rider information
- Operating the ride using operation panels (if required)
- Assisting guests safely on and off rides in a timely and orderly manner
- Sharing your attractions knowledge to answer queries from our guests.
- Drive to achieve team and overall LED targets.
- Ensure that the security of the premises is always maintained.
- Skillgate compliancy - ensure all training is completed and kept up to date.

Essentials
- Be comfortable working in an active, outdoor environment in all weather conditions.
- Have excellent observation skills.
- Possess an ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, sharing a passion for giving great guest experience.
- Be confident and comfortable in supervising the public.

Desirable Skills
- Evidence of practical experience working in a similar environment
- Previous experience of leading a team
- An understanding of the leisure & hospitality industry
- Previous experience of working with the public
