Hinchtech T/A Nitronica is a leading player in the Contract Electronics Manufacturing sector.

With a unique portfolio of capabilities, and services which includes PCB assembly, cable assembly and full product builds, we have developed outstanding customer relationships that have resulted in our significant global growth in many diverse markets including Aerospace, Defense, Telecoms, Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy

Reporting to the Managing director you will be responsible for delivering a strategy of profitability through the sales of Nitronica products through existing markets while capitalising on new business opportunities. This is a high-profile management role within Nitronica, and we are looking for someone who has a real passion and strong knowledge for the electronic manufacturing industry.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum of 7 years' experience working within a similar role for a CEM service. We are seeking someone with high level sales management skills that is still actively involved in sales.
- Be dynamic and initiative-taking with the energy, drive, and ambition to make an impact in this competitive marketplace.
- Demonstrating a high-level of commercial acumen, you will have previous experience of developing and executing sales strategies, managing complex negotiations and have a data-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are necessary and most importantly you must be a team player.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
