**Job Title**: Care Assistant - Hospital Discharge/Rapid Response

**Locations**: SS13, SS14, SS15, CM11, CM12, CM13, CM14, CM15 (Basildon, Billericay and Brentwood)

**Pay Rate**: £17,290 per annum - Guaranteed 35 Hours per week

**Mileage**: 24p

**Shifts available**:7am - 2pm / 3pm - 6:30pm / 7pm - 10:30pm, including alternate Weekends or 1 day every weekends

**Access to vehicle required**: Yes, due to the geographical location and nature of the role

**No experience required as specialist training will be provided**

**All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK**
