Reed Recruitment are delighted to supporting our well-established client based in Colchester. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Excellence Officer with strong IT skills to join their small welcoming team on a permanent basis.

? Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30
? 4 days working from home, 1 in the office
? Free parking on site (easily accessible via public transport links)

Main Duties Include:

- Assisting and liaising with customers
- Phone communication
- Dealing with enquiries
- Providing registration and certification support to Colleges, Schools and Training Organisations

Skills Required:

- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
- Problem Solving Skills
- Be able to listen effectively and understand the needs of others
- Good interpersonal skills
- An eye for detail
- Ability to deal in a friendly and efficient manner with telephone enquiries
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer care
- Can work on own initiative and in a team

**Experience**:

- At least two years’ administration experience
- Experience in dealing with customers face to face and by telephone
- Experience of operating databases including in-house systems

Desirable Qualifications:

- NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Customer Service or Business Administration
- English language and Mathematics to at least GCSE grade C or equivalent
